What this website collects
Nothing on purpose. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or trackers, and loads nothing from other websites. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
Like any web server, the hosting provider (Bluehost) records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are used to run and secure the server. Bluehost is based in the United States, so this data may be processed there.
When you email me
If you contact me, I receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. I use it only to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement. I keep it for as long as our conversation or contract needs it, and as long as the law requires for invoices and contracts. I don’t share it or use it for marketing.
The legal basis is your request to be contacted, or the steps before and during a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of your data, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing the address above. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), at uodo.gov.pl.
